The Carter-Haffman BB150 Classic Carter™ heated banquet cabinet can transport 180 plates of warm food in a single trip. Its welded wire shelves are sturdy and reinforced with shelf clips, so they can support heavy loads. Preheating to 160 degrees Fahrenheit in only 20 minutes, the cabinet holds food at temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat stays inside the cabinet due to 1-inch-thick fiberglass insulation, while a silicone gasket keeps heat from escaping around the doors.
When the unit needs to be moved, the doors can be secured with sliding latches, and employees can maneuver the cart using the horizontal end handles. The casters have a 6-inch diameter and polyurethane treads, so they stay quiet and absorb the vibrations of travel. An extruded aluminum bumper with a non-marking vinyl inset surrounds the bottom edge of the cabinet, reducing the risk of dents and damage. The Carter-Haffman BB150 banquet cart is constructed of stainless steel for durability and warp resistance. To keep employees safe, its edges have been welded, and any sharp seams have been turned inwards.
