Cres Cor EB-150XX Description
The heating unit in the Cres Cor EB-150XX banquet cart is mounted to the bottom and reaches temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to keep a variety of covered dishes at proper serving temperatures, ensuring freshness and taste. To reduce energy use and trap heat inside, the entire cabinet is insulated, and it has three shelves that are made of wire to provide air circulation through the gaps, heating evenly.
To support heavy loads, the Cres Cor EB-150XX heated banquet cart has a one-piece welded frame and durable stainless steel construction. Ensuring it won't sustain damage if it's accidently bumped up against something during transport, a bumper surrounds the unit. Further aiding mobility, it is mounted on 6-inch casters, two of which have brakes to secure the cabinet in place when users are finished rolling it. It also has bridge handles on the sides, providing a tight grip on a full, heavy unit.
