The Salvajor 200 disposer provides sanitary waste removal for foodservice operations. To promote long service life, the heat-treated, aluminum alloy body resists corrosion while the extended lip seal protects the motor from water damage. The motor is water cooled for efficiency and to lengthen the life of the disposer further. For reducing kitchen noise, an extra-thick, rubber mounting adapter and drain outlet isolate sound and eliminate vibrations. The shredder is 8 inches in diameter and is constructed from a hardened, durable carbide alloy.
