Part of the Artisan® series, the KitchenAid KSM150PSAC stand mixer flaunts a neutral, stylish almond cream-white body that can be incorporated in neutral or vibrant residential kitchen themes. This 8 7⁄10-inch-wide by 14 1⁄10-inch-deep by 13 9⁄10-inch-tall unit comes with a 5-quart stainless steel mixing bowl, coated flat beater, coated dough hook, six-wire whip, and pouring shield. So additional ingredients can be added to the bowl, the unit's head tilts back to create space, while the pouring shield protects adjacent surfaces from messes. During use, the head can be locked in place for stabilization.
The KitchenAid KSM150PSAC residential stand mixer accommodates the ingredients needed to yield 4 1⁄2 loaves of bread, 9 dozen cookies, or 7 pounds of mashed potatoes in a single batch. To achieve desired results, users can choose from one of 10 mixing speeds, which range from a slow stir to a fast whip. Because the hub accessories touch 59 points of the mixing bowl when mixing, kneading, or whipping, they create consistent, thorough results. After use, the bowl can be removed and run through a dishwasher cycle for quick cleanup.
