To accommodate the dough required to yield 9 dozen cookies or 4 1⁄2 loaves of bread, the KitchenAid KSM150PSIC Artisan® tilt-head stand mixer is equipped with a 5-quart stainless steel mixing bowl. This rust- and corrosion-resistant bowl is built with a comfortable-grip handle to ease removal from the mixer, and after use, it's safe to run through a dishwasher cycle. So operators can mix, knead, or whip various ingredients, it comes with a coated flat beater, coated dough hook, and six-wire whip. When attached to the hub, these accessories reach 59 touchpoints along the bowl to quicken mixing and ensure consistent results. To perform various tasks and achieved desired results, this unit features 10 mixing speeds, ranging from a slow stir to a fast whip.
The KitchenAid KSM150PSIC stand mixer's head tilts back so users can add ingredients to the mixing bowl or interchange the hub attachments. To maintain a clean mixing station, the included one-piece pouring shield guides ingredients directly into the mixing bowl. Once ready for mixing, the head can be locked into place. Overall, this unit measures 8 7⁄10 inches wide by 14 1⁄10 inches deep by 13 9⁄10 inches tall for countertop placement and includes a 4-foot-long power cord to reach an adjacent power cord. To introduce a modern pop of color to residential kitchens, it features an ice-blue body with silver-colored trim.
