Hoshizaki F-1002MAJ-C Description
The Hoshizaki F-1002MAJ-C ice machine head makes nugget ice, producing as much as 890 pounds in a 24-hour period. Equipped with CleanCycle24™ technology, the unit flushes water every hour to remove sediment and ensure clean, fresh ice. Infrared bin control uses a sensor to monitor levels in the ice bin, ensuring there is enough ice while preventing overflow. H-GUARD Plus® antimicrobial agent is integrated into the unit to slow down bacterial growth, and the unit has a durable stainless steel exterior to facilitate cleaning.
Because the Hoshizaki F-1002MAJ-C ice maker produces cubelet ice, it's a great choice for use in restaurants that serve blended beverages such as smoothies. The auger is made of stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion, and the bearing has a greaseless design that requires minimal maintenance for operation. To facilitate installation, the condenser is self-contained, and it cools with environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant.
