Manitowoc Ice IYT1200A Description
The Manitowoc Ice IYT1200A Indigo NXT™ commercial ice maker head employs an air-cooled condenser system, which will operate reliably and effectively in the kitchen. However, it may not be the right choice for kitchens that are looking to minimize heat and noise level. Within 24 hours, the machine puts out as much as 1,213 pounds of ice and is a suitable fit for many standard-size restaurants. Its easyTouch® screen lets the user operate the head and run diagnostics on problems, set time-based inactivity patterns, or cap the daily ice production volume.
An acoustical ice sensing probe checks ice cube thickness in the Manitowoc Ice IYT1200A ice machine head, making sure the same result is produced each time. Equipped with a DuraTech® exterior, this unit resists corrosion, fingerprint smudges, and dirt marks. Important internal elements can be taken out for cleaning and servicing.
Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.

Ice maker is fast and the control panel is easy to move around. Wizard is a nice feature speeds up programming. Cleaning the unit before putting in service is a must. Cleaning solution should be included for first initial time.
