The MoTak MEST-60-24-A sandwich/salad mega top prep table incorporates a 9 3⁄10-inch cutting board and 24 sixth-size pans for bulk preparation and ingredient storage. Measuring 60 1⁄4 inches wide by 35 3⁄8 inches deep by 44 1⁄2 inches high, the 430 stainless steel structure sits on preinstalled 4-inch casters to simplify installation. Digital controls automate defrost cycles to inhibit frost accumulation, while R290 refrigerant removes heat for stable 33 to 41-degree-Fahrenheit cooling. Its two-section, 16.3-cubic-foot stainless cabinet includes adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves for clean product separation, and it's enclosed by two lockable doors with a 90-degree stay-open function for efficient restocking.
