Operating with R290 refrigerant, the MoTak MER72-A three-section reach-in refrigerator’s self-contained, bottom-mounted system preserves chilled items between 34 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Automatic defrosting regulates frost buildup for continuous airflow, while digital controls provide direct adjustment for consistent holding. Illuminated by bright LEDs, its 65.02-cubic-foot stainless interior stores contents across nine adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves to ease product selection throughout busy service. Three lockable, self-closing doors with full-length handles support controlled access. Measuring 81 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 81 inches high, the 430 stainless steel structure sits on four casters with two leveling feet for stable placement.
