True Refrigeration T-72-HC Description
The True T-72-HC three-section refrigerator is built with a powerful compressor and large evaporator and condenser coils to maintain cabinet temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. A self-contained capillary tube system in the unit holds and controls the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. For movement, 4-inch-diameter stem castors are bottom mounted and the front set locks for stability. Each door has a magnetic gasket that snaps into the frame to prevent cold air from seeping out.
Reversing for 20 seconds when the compressor turns on, the fan motor helps remove buildup of debris, dust, and dirt to maintain a clean condensing coil. This mechanism helps it operate more efficiently over time, using less energy overall. Despite its effectiveness, users should continue to implement preventative maintenance for the coil.
The equipment's condensing unit is located in the bottom of the cabinet, so critical components are accessible for cleaning and maintenance. A bottom-mounted condensing unit also means the unit runs in the coolest part of the kitchen where it is less likely to capture airborne grease. For energy-efficiency, the True T-72-HC reach-in refrigerator is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.

- Interior floor is made of stainless steel with coved corners

- Heavy-duty steel frame rail is powder-coated black for rust resistance
- 12-in. recessed door handles are attached with a sheet metal interlock to ensure they stay permanently attached
- Doors are self-closing to prevent cool air loss
- Door gaskets snap into place with magnets and are removable without tools for cleaning

To loud for a fire house kitchen
Already have a torsion spring broken in two years use so one door pops open every time you shut the others or doesn't close on its own. Very loud for a fire house open floor plan kitchen, dining room TV room. Has as much space as you'd expect a commercial refrigerator to have and it is easily cleaned.

Workhorse Cooler
True is flat out top of the line. I've had many different coolers in my restaurant for 25 years. I still have 2 True coolers. The cheap brands last about 5 years. The temps in this cooler are always 36-37 no matter how much activity it gets.
Yes I would recommend this product.
The refrigerator is great,but for some reason I didn't understand the inside dimensions and is a little bit narrow for my baking trays it needed to be at least 26&1/2inches deep inside so my trays pushes the door out.so I wasn't able to use it the way I wanted.

The new T72 is a flimsy machine The electronic timer is so filmsy that it moves like not even tightened to the body Very Dissappointed Hope it runs like the other True fridges i have Restaurant owner
