Southbend PCE75S/SD-V Description
For durability and longevity, the Southbend PCE75S/SD-V Platinum convection oven's exterior is made of stainless steel. It's fitted with two dependent doors that open and close together and feature a window to view the food as it cooks. To the right of the doors are the manual controls, where operators can manipulate temperature between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, set the 60-miunte timer, or turn the unit on and off.
The Southbend PCE75S/SD-V single-deck convection oven's interior is made of enamel-coated porcelain for heat retention and coved in the corners to prevent buildup of particulates. Five wire racks are provided and can be adjusted to accommodate various pan arrangements. Two interior lights provide a clear inside view and are controlled via a rocker switch. This unit is ventless and can be placed anywhere in a kitchen or workspace. It stands on four 6-inch stainless steel legs.
