Southbend PCE75S/SD-V Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE75S/SD-V single-deck convection oven features a ventless design that enables the unit to be placed anywhere in a kitchen or workspace without requiring a hood. The unit's exterior is constructed of durable stainless steel, while the interior is made of enamel-coated porcelain for heat retention and ease of cleaning. The inside space is fitted with five adjustable wire racks and lit with interior lighting.
To provide a clear view of the food inside, the Southbend PCE75S/SD-V ventless convection oven has two dependent glass doors that interfold when closed to form a secure seal. The unit can reach temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and can be manipulated via thermostatic controls. A 60-minute timer and forced cool-down mode add convenience.
