The Southbend PCE75S/SD-V Platinum single-deck convection oven is designed to be placed anywhere in a kitchen or workspace and features a compact design for medium-volume locations. This unit stands on four stainless steel legs and measures 38 inches wide by 391/4 inches deep by 55 inches high. The exterior is made of durable stainless steel.
Manual control knobs and switches operate the Southbend PCE75S/SD-V Ventless convection oven, enabling users to produce temperatures between 140 500 degrees Fahrenheit, set the 60-minute timer, and turn the unit on and off. The interior space is constructed of porcelain with an enamel finish and coved corners—this material and design absorbs heat for even cooking and is easy to clean. Two dependent doors are fitted to the front and, in conjunction with the interior lighting, provide a clear view of the food cooking inside.
