Southbend PCE75S/SD Description
The Southbend PCE75S/SD full-size electric convection oven is a single-deck unit made of durable stainless steel for an extended service life. Overall, the convection oven measures 38 inches wide by 37 1⁄4 inches deep by 55 inches high. The oven interior is coated with porcelain and features coved corners that prevent food debris from becoming trapped. It includes five plated oven racks that can be rearranged as needed, and it sits on stainless steel legs.
The Southbend PCE75S/SD full size convection oven’s interior is 29 inches wide, 21 1⁄2 inches deep, and 20 inches high. For visibility, it has two panel glass doors and interior lights. The doors have a stay-cool, heavy-duty door handle for user safety and comfort, while the slide-out control panel has manual knobs.
