Southbend PCE75S/SD Description
The Southbend PCE75S/SD full-size convection oven comes from the Platinum series and is an ideal addition to compact locations because it measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep. The unit comes with five racks for convenience, making it ready for immediate use upon setup. While the exterior is made of durable stainless steel, the interior is constructed of heat-retentive porcelain with an enamel finish that eases cleaning.
To activate the Southbend PCE75S/SD double convection oven, it features thermostatic controls for precise heat settings and timer settings; the timer can be set as high as 60 minutes. The unit produces temperatures between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unit is mounted on 6-inch legs
