Southbend PCE75S/SD Description
With a temperature range of 140 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the Southbend PCE75S/SD Platinum single full-size convection oven is powered by effective heating elements and a two-speed blower fan. To avoid overheating, this unit has a forced cool-down fan mode. Users can adjust the lights, cooking time, and temperature settings via the oven’s side-mounted control panel. Featuring standard controls, this unit has a timer that can be set for up to 60 minutes.
The Southbend PCE75S/SD convection oven’s interior cabinet holds five wire racks that can be adjusted in the 11-position rack guides. The cabinet features a porcelain construction and is finished in enamel for simple cleanup. The exterior is made of stainless steel for durability, and the dependent doors have a stay-cool handle for safe operation. Overall, this oven’s body measures 38 inches wide by 371/4 inches deep by 55 inches high.
