Southbend PCE75B/SD-V Description
The Southbend PCE75B/SD-V Platinum convection oven is built of durable stainless steel and designed with a heat-retentive porcelain interior coated in enamel. The interior is designed with a 29-inch bakery depth to accommodate full-sized pans, which can be spread amongst the five adjustable wire racks that lit by two recessed interior lights. The oven's dependent doors are windowed to provide a clear view of the cooking process.
Located to the right of the Southbend PCE75B/SD-V single-deck convection oven's doors are the manual controls that enable manipulation of the heat and timer settings. It can produce heat between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and uses the two-speed fan to circulate the hot air throughout the cabinet. Switches are provided for power, interior lighting, and the forced cool-down mode.
