Southbend PCE75B/SD-V Description
Part of the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE75B/SD-V single-deck convection oven features a ventless design that enables the unit to be placed throughout the kitchen without taking up valuable hood space. The exterior is constructed of durable stainless steel and is fitted with two doors that act dependently, opening and closing together. Additionally, these doors are windowed to provide a view of the food cooking inside.
To manipulate the heat settings, the Southbend PCE75B/SD-V ventless convection oven is endowed with solid-state controls where operators can set the temperature between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit and set the 60-minute timer. Additional rocker switches are provided for simple power control, cool-down mode and interior lighting. To retain heat and prevent debris buildup, the interior is made of enamel-coated porcelain with coved inside corners.
