Southbend PCE75B/SD-V Description
The Southbend PCE75B/SD-V Platinum convection oven features a ventless design that enables flexibility in where this unit is installed across the kitchen. Additionally, the unit has a 29-inch bakery depth, which is ideal for placing several full-sized pans in various arrangements as needed; five adjustable wire racks are provided for this purpose.
Affixed to the front of the Southbend PCE75B/SD-V single-deck oven are two dependent doors that open and close together to provide access to the full cabinet and interlock for a tight seal. Control of heat production and the 60-minute timer is performed using the solid-state controls. This unit can be set between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
