Southbend PCE11B/TD Description
From the Platinum series, the Southbend PCE11B/TD single-deck convection oven is designed to accommodate full-size pans with its 29-inch bakery-depth interior. Ideal for heat retention and easy cleaning, this space is made of enameled porcelain and features coved corners. It's fitted with five adjustable wire racks and is illuminated with two recessed lights. The two dependent doors interlock to provide a secure seal, while the windows provide a clear view of the food inside.
Operation of the Southbend PCE11B/TD bakery depth convection oven is done through the touchscreen controller located on the front right. Here operators can program recipes and set timers according to the needs of the variety of food inside. The unit is capable of reaching heat levels between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit.
