Southbend PCE11B/TD Description
The Southbend PCE11B/TD Platinum single-deck convection oven features a touchscreen controller that can be programmed with various recipes and rack configurations. Timers can be set for different items to achieve precise cooking. Designed to accommodate full-size pans, the interior is built with a 39-inch bakery depth, which is ideal for making specialty menu items. Additionally, this space is fitted with two recessed lights and five wire racks that can be adjusted among 11 different positions.
Designed for ideal heat retention and for ease of cleaning, the Southbend PCE11B/TD convection oven's interior is built of enameled porcelain and features coved corners. The exterior of the unit is made of stainless steel for durability and longevity. Fitted to the front are the two dependent doors featuring high-efficiency glass windows that provide a view of the interior.
