Southbend PCE11B/TD Description
Designed to accommodate full-sized pans, the Southbend PCE11B/TD Platinum single-deck convection oven features a bakery depth of 29 inches—ideal for locations making specialty dishes. The compact unit features a stainless steel exterior built for longevity, while its interior is made of enamel-coated porcelain for heat retention and smooth cleaning. Operation of the unit is done through the touchscreen controller, which enables recipe programming and timer settings.
The Southbend PCE11B/TD convection oven is fitted with two dependent doors that interlock to provide a secure seal and enable single-handed opening. Additionally, these doors are windowed with high-efficiency glass and work with the two recessed interior lights to provide an unhindered view of the interior. For stability, the unit sits on four triangular legs that enable the unit to stand a total of 55 inches high.
