Duke E-3-CBSS Description
The Duke E-3-CBSS hot food table has a 16-gauge stainless steel top with three die-stamped openings for full-size food pans. Each opening measures 11 7⁄8 inches by 19 7⁄8 inches and leads to a 6 1⁄2-inch-deep sealed well with a drain for easier cleanup after wet operation. Fully insulated wells help retain heat around prepared foods, while wet or dry operation enables staff to select the holding method suited to each menu item. The stainless steel top provides a durable work area around all three holding positions.
The Duke E-3-CBSS hot food table has a full bottom shelf that provides accessible storage for supplies beneath the holding wells. Its open-base design lets staff reach stored items from the operator side, while the stainless steel body withstands repeated foodservice use. Six-inch polished stainless steel adjustable legs support the cabinet and help level the table on uneven flooring.
