Duke E-3-CBSS Description
The Duke E-3-CBSS hot food table has a stainless steel front panel with thermostatic control knobs positioned along the operator side. Wire knob guards help prevent accidental contact with the controls during service, while the master toggle switch provides centralized operation. Its indicator light gives staff a visible reference for the unit's operating status.
The Duke E-3-CBSS hot food table has three die-stamped openings measuring 11 7⁄8 inches by 19 7⁄8 inches for full-size food pans. Its 16-gauge 300 series stainless steel top provides a durable surface around the three sealed, fully insulated wells, which support wet or dry operation. The table measures 46 inches wide and includes individual drains for removing water after wet holding.
