Duke E-3-CBSS Description
The Duke E-3-CBSS hot food table has three 6 1⁄2-inch-deep sealed wells with individual drains for wet or dry hot holding. Fully insulated compartments help retain heat around prepared foods, while wet or dry operation lets staff choose the holding method suited to each menu item. Copper manifolds connect the wells to a brass master valve, giving staff one central point for managing water across all three compartments during service.
The Duke E-3-CBSS hot food table has a stainless steel front panel with thermostatic control knobs for adjusting heat at the holding wells. Wire knob guards help protect the controls from unintended contact while keeping them accessible to staff. Its master toggle switch provides centralized operation, and the integrated indicator light gives staff a visible reference for the table's operating status.
