Duke E305 Description
The Duke E305 Aerohot™ steam table has four 8-inch-deep wells with 12-inch by 20-inch openings. These wells each have a heating element, which operators can control with infinite switches that do not operate at specific temperatures, instead providing control over the heat intensity. On all sides of the table, 1-inch-thick insulation retains heat and keeps the food at the right temperature.
Because the Duke E305 hot food station is made of stainless steel, it resists rusting, denting, and bending, while a poly carving board runs along the front of the unit, so employees can prepare meat and plate food. This board is supported on a stainless steel shelf with die-stamped brackets, as additional supplies and small equipment can be stored on the shelf under the pan wells.
