Duke E302 Description
The Duke E302 Aerohot steam table can hold three full-size pans in the 12-inch by 20-inch by-8-inch compartments. These cavities are heated by dome-type elements, which are individually controlled with infinite switches. Fiberglass compartment insulation in the sides and bottom retains heat, saving energy and keeping food at the right temperature. Food held in the compartments can be carved and plated on the full-length cutting board.
An undershelf is integrated into the table for equipment storage. This undershelf—along with the top and body—is made of stainless steel, providing rust, scratch, and dent resistance. Tubular legs elevate the Duke E302 steam table to a comfortable working height, and their adjustable plastic feet maintain stability on most floors.
