Vulcan VC5GD Description

The Vulcan VC5GD full-size gas convection oven has an electronic spark igniter that heats the oven with propane gas. The oven interior has a porcelain enamel coating that makes cleaning easier. There are five nickel-plated, grab-and-go oven racks that can be set to 11 rack positions. The independently operated, lift-off doors have double-pane windows, which along with an interior light, ensures you can easily see into the cabinet to check on food without releasing heat or interrupting the cooking process. When you are finished cooking, there is an oven cool switch that will quickly cool the oven down. Handles on the doors are cool to the touch to prevent you and your staff from getting burned. The Vulcan VC5GD full-size gas convection oven has a temperature range of 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
