Vulcan VC4EC Description
With a single section, the Vulcan VC4EC single-deck electric convection oven is equipped with five nickel-plated oven racks, each measuring 281⁄4 inches wide by 201⁄2 inches deep. They're heated by electric, solid-sheath elements and the unit's top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors are insulated to retain heat for back-to-back use. A two-speed, 1⁄2-horsepower oven blower-motor moves air around product for uniform heating. When the unit gets too hot or must be shut off during idle periods, users can use the oven cool switch for rapid cool-down.
The Vulcan VC4EC electric convection oven has a stainless steel front, sides, and top to endure common wear from repeated use. Inside the 29-inch-wide by 221⁄8-inch-deep by 20-inch-high oven, porcelain enamel facilitates quick cleaning with its smooth surface. The unit's two doors open separately to provide direct food access and reduce heat loss. Users can peer into the oven through the double-pane windows to manage cooking progress. Supported by 233⁄4-inch legs, this unit measures 40 inches wide by 421/4 inches deep by 543/4 inches high.
