Designed with an 80-gallon capacity, the Vulcan SL80 direct steam stationary kettle is ideal for high-volume food preparation. Its fully steam-jacketed construction ensures even heat distribution, while the sloped interior bottom promotes smooth product flow. The 2-inch plug drawoff valve with a perforated strainer allows for controlled dispensing, and a graduated measuring rod provides accurate portioning. This kettle includes a spring-assist, hinged cover with a condensate ring and a drop-down lift handle for simple operation. Mounted on 2-inch stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet, this unit maintains stability. The stainless steel jacket liner enhances durability, and a faucet bracket is positioned for added convenience.
