Crown Steam DLT-80 Description
Designed with a hemispherical bottom, the Crown Steam DLT-80 direct steam tilting kettle enhances heat circulation for efficient cooking. Its 2⁄3-jacketed construction provides even steam distribution, while the crank-tilt mechanism with a self-locking positive stop allows for smooth, controlled dispensing. The 80-gallon capacity makes it ideal for high-volume food preparation, and a faucet bracket is positioned for convenient water access.
The Crown Steam DLT-80 tilting kettle is supported by a tri-leg mounting frame constructed with a stainless steel pipe, providing durability and stability. This frame conceals steam piping and houses both the steam control valve and the tilt mechanism. Each leg is fitted with a four-hole adjustable flanged foot for secure floor mounting. Engineered for precision, the unit tilts forward 90 degrees for complete emptying. The stainless steel interior liner resists corrosion, while the stainless steel exterior offers reliability in commercial kitchens. This unit operates with direct steam at a minimum of 5 PSI and a maximum of 30 PSI.
