Traulsen G24300 Description
The serpentine-style heater in the Traulsen G24300 full-height mobile heated cabinet has a large surface area and, when air is forced over it, the heat is pushed into the distribution duct. From there, the heat moves into the cabinet, where product is evenly heated without drying out. Operators can adjust the temperature in the unit to a level between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit—which displays on the LED screen—using the microprocessor controller. To regulate the humidity, operators can control the vent in the top of the cabinet.
Inside this Traulsen G24300 insulated heated cabinet, six shelves hold the product as it is warmed. The interior and exterior are both made of anodized aluminum, while the exterior is also made of stainless steel. The doors are half-height, separating the cabinet into smaller sections to reduce the amount of escaping heat. At 120 degrees the doors stay open for convenient product loading, but below that degree mark the doors self-close to retain heat.
