Vollrath HPI4-3800 Description
The Vollrath HPI4-3800 countertop induction cooktop has a glass top that automatically detects when a pan is present and generates uninterrupted heat when the pan must be lifted or tilted. It accommodates pans as large as 14 inches in bottom diameter. For durability, the casing is made of stainless steel and the unit is mounted on nonslip feet to keep it from sliding on the countertop. This unit delivers heat without power cycling and an integral cooling system prevents overheating with repeated use.
The touchscreen control pad on the Vollrath HPI4-3800 commercial induction cooktop enables users to program four custom recipes for push-button operation. Its power level is adjusted by a control knob, which can also adjust the temperature from 80 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit measures power to ensure consistent results and its timer's audible alarm informs staff when cooking completes.
