The Spring USA SM-351C-FT MAX Induction™ cook range has one cooktop, and its cooking surface is made of thick tempered glass, which is smooth and can be wiped clean. For durability against dents and scratches in a commercial environment, the unit's base is made of black titanium stainless steel.
