Hatco IRNG-PC1-36 Description
The single burner of the Hatco IRNG-PC1-36 countertop induction range automatically detects suitable pans to begin operation. It features a black glass-ceramic composite top that's durable, easy to clean, and hides scratches and other minor imperfections. With a fully sealed top, the unit prevents grease and moisture from entering the components and causing damage. For durability and long-term rust resistance, it features a stainless steel housing, and this unit withstands ambient temperatures as high as 124 degrees Fahrenheit for use in hot kitchens.
The Hatco IRNG-PC1-36 commercial induction range includes digital controls with a TFT display, which advises the operator of the temperature, timer, and power level for precise control. It can be programmed to perform specific cooking cycles, ensuring consistency when repeating a frequently ordered menu item. With an automatic shut-off feature, this unit is protected against damage from overheating. It fits on a countertop, measuring 13 43⁄50 inches wide by 18 27⁄50 inches deep by 3 7⁄10 inches high.
