Equipex BRIC 3600 Description
The Equipex BRIC 3600 commercial induction cooktop has a durable, heat-resistant surface made of glass ceramic. When a pan is placed on the top, it is automatically detected and heat is transferred to it. Accommodating large stockpots and cookware, the coil is 11 inches, and the unit operates between 86 and 284 degrees Fahrenheit.

EXTREMELY POWERFUL
I bought this to replace a cook tek 3500 that was 10+yrs old. I had problems with it and cook tek personnel were very rude and unhelpful on the phone. I will never use cook tek again! Their customer service skills are abhorrent! So when I looked to replace it I decided on Equipex because of large area of induction coil and power. I bought the Bric 3.6. It is way quieter than the cook tek and has variable speed fan. I put on a 12L Kuhn Rikon pot filled with cold tap water and set the Bric to highest setting. It got to full rolling boil in 13.5min. Very easy to use. Couldn't be happier.
