It can be used in hot or cold applications, and it accommodates three 40004 third-size decorative pans. Its strong underside integral rib design secures it in place, and its thermoset resin construction provides enough durability to withstand heavy-duty use. To facilitate cleaning, this unit can be washed in a dishmachine.
