The Vollrath 8244220 Miramar® third-size pan template can be used in hot or cold applications, fitting standard 12-inch by 20-inch wells, warmers, and chafers. It accommodates three Vollrath 40004 third-size decorative pans, and it secures into food wells using its underside integral rib design. Made of thermoset resin, it's durable enough for high-volume use, and it can be placed in a dishwasher to facilitate cleaning.
