The Vollrath 8244218 Miramar® 1⁄3-size pan template is ideal for use in hot or cold food bars because it can withstand temperatures as high as 300 degrees Fahrenheit. It's safe in dishmachines and won't warp or fade. It fits into any standard-size food well and accommodates three Vollrath 40004 1⁄3-size contemporary pans.
