The Vollrath 40004 Miramar™ third-size steam table pan can be used for holding ingredients, sauces, premade dishes, and more. Its versatile shape and strong construction support organizing, storing, and serving in one vessel. Because the pan has a standard third-size configuration and 4 3⁄4-inch depth, it can hold 2 1⁄2 quarts. Made of stainless steel, it resists flavor transfer between products and won't discolor, while the extended pan lip improves presentation and creates a comfortable surface to grip.
