The Vollrath 6414280 Ergo Grip™ Jacob's Pride® spoon is equipped with an all-natural antimicrobial agent that slows the growth of bacteria. Its handle is purple to indicate allergen-free prepping and cooking, and it's secured in an employee's hand with its textured, ergonomic design. To safely withstand temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, the handle has a nylon construction. This spoon is made of 18/8 stainless steel for strength and has perforations for fast, efficient draining and service.
