The Vollrath 6414215 Ergo Grip™ Jacob's Pride® heavy-duty spoon is made of durable stainless steel, and the handle is made of nylon that endures temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit has a perforated design that quickly drains product for efficient service. To inhibit the growth of germs and bacteria, the handle is equipped with an all-natural antimicrobial agent. Because the handle is textured, it fits comfortably in the user's hand.
