Enabling use in high-heat applications, the Vollrath 6414230 Ergo Grip™ Jacob's Pride® heavy-duty spoon is safe in temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Designed with perforations, it promotes quick draining and efficient service, and its handle is textured to secure it in the user's hand. To rest it on the side of a bowl for sanitary placement, it includes a built-in stopper notch. The top is made of durable and rust-resistant stainless steel.
