The Vollrath 6414270 Ergo Grip™ Jacob's Pride® heavy-duty spoon can be secured in an employee's hand with its ergonomic textured handle. For sanitary holding, it can be rested on the side of a pan or bowl with its built-in stopper notch. It has a perforated design intended to drain liquid from foods when serving, and it measures 13¹³⁄₁₆ inches in length. Safe in temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit, its handle is made of nylon, and the spoon portion is made of durable 18/8 stainless steel.
