Vollrath 6414240 14" Heavy-Duty Perforated Spoon - Red Nylon Handle

The Vollrath 6414240 Ergo Grip™ Jacob's Pride® heavy-duty spoon is perforated to promote efficient draining and speed up back-of-house service. A built-in stopper notch lets it rest of the side of a bowl or pan for sanitary purposes, and the nylon handle is heat resistant to withstand temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. For color-coded use, the handle is red. This unit is equipped with an all-natural antimicrobial agent to inhibit the growth of germs and bacteria.
