Made of stainless steel, the Vollrath 6414250 Ergo Grip™ Jacob's Pride® heavy-duty spoon is rust and corrosion resistant. It's 13 13⁄16 inches long, and it has a perforated design for quick draining that promotes efficient service. A built-in stopper notch enables pan resting so the spoon doesn't slide in. The yellow textured handle is made of heat-resistant nylon for safe use in temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
