Vollrath 38104 Description
The four thermoset, fiber-reinforced resin wells in the Vollrath 38104 ServeWell® hot food station are resistant to rusting and pitting and can be cleaned with a few quick wipes. Automatic thermostatic heat controls take care of the busywork, adjusting heat if the water temperature or food quantity changes significantly. Guide holes are drilled into all four sides of the station to support breath guard mounting. The stainless steel undershelf can store napkins and other supplies, and a cutting board and plate shelf are included with the unit. For added strength and durability, the station's body, legs, and base are constructed of heavy-gauge stainless steel.
