Vollrath 38118 Description
The Vollrath 38118 ServeWell® hot food station is constructed with four durable, thermoset wells that are reinforced with resin, can be quickly cleaned, and are resistant to pitting and rusting. Automatic thermostatic heat controls manage the unit during water temperature or food volume changes, ensuring product remains unharmed. Predrilled mounting holes support the use of breath guard attachments. The stainless steel undershelf can hold merchandising supplies, while a cutting board and under-counter plate shelf provide more user convenience. This unit's indicator light for low water eliminates guesswork for operators.
