Vollrath 0643SGN Description
The base of the Vollrath 0643SGN Tomato Pro™ cutter has a rust-proof base made of high-density polyethylene, which, unlike steel and other metals, can withstand constant contact with tomatoes and citrus fruits without corroding. Helping users operate the push-through slicing mechanism, this unit has a positive-stop arm. A straight-design blade style cuts 3⁄16-inch slices, and to prevent user injury, it includes a safety guard.
