Global Solutions GS4100-A Description
The Global Solutions GS4100-A tomato slicer pushes tomatoes through a series of blades that cut the tomato into uniform, 3⁄16-inch slices. Because the slicer operates manually, it is intuitive to control. The operator can place a tomato on the slide board between the pusher assembly and slicing blades. When ready, the user can push forward the pusher handle, moving the tomato into the blades. Users can slice tomatoes directly into a pan or catch them with their hand. Made of aluminum, the body is durable and corrosion resistant while non-skid feet help keep the unit stable on countertops.
